how i feel about it sometimes: text message edition

seriously?  or, should i say, srsly?  are those extra vowels really too much work?   when things appear like “gr8 c u l8r”, and not just from my 13 year old niece, a little part of my literary loving soul dies.    i’m for vowels in ’09.
